RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Digital products or downloadable content

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) or appropriate packaging.
  5. Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase in the package.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost

6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
